IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE TODAY
Traveler is entitled to purchase as many vacation packages as desired, however, one vacation package cannot be combined with another vacation package. The vacation packages cannot be used consecutively thus a waiting period of two months between traveling on the second travel package must be imposed. Your vacation does not include the following: Flights and/or Airfare, Meals Hotel Taxes, and Service Charges, Fuel surcharges, Florida sales tax and/or Gratuities. This is a very popular program and space is subject to availability (Christmas and New Year’s excluded). Therefore, we require you to send your reservation requests at least 30 days prior to the start of your vacation, but we strongly recommend allowing at least 60 -90 days’ notice prior to choosing dates to be able to have the best options available to you. Space is extremely limited during other peak holiday and seasonal times. Therefore, fulfillment reserves the right to substitute hotels or cruise of equal or greater value when deemed necessary. The sale of this discounted vacation package is for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership. Attendance at a presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership is required part of a morning or afternoon while on vacation. If you do not fulfill this obligation, you will not receive the discounted offer. Please note the port of call and arrival of departure times are subject to change without prior notice.
An electronic (Email) confirmation of your travel voucher purchase was sent to your chosen email address today at the time of your purchase. This Electronic package delivery serves as delivery, fulfillment, and proof of your purchase. You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a cancellation and/or refund of your purchase. Our Partner resort developers and hotels are offering this first-time visitor promotion discount and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. There are additional costs associated with group travel. Some exceptions may apply based on location and provider. Credit Card / Debit Card
Customers will need to provide a Major Credit Card at check in. In some cases, a debit card is an acceptable alternative for check in depending on location and resort provider. For more details please discuss with your reservation’s agent at the time of your booking.

Availability / Booking Notice / Holidays and Peak Travel Seasons
We request a booking notice of 60 – 90 before your intended travel dates. All efforts will always be made to accommodate booking date requests within 30 to 60 days however for the best results, availability, locations and resort choices we recommend planning ahead as much as possible. For more details please discuss with your reservation’s agent at the time of your booking
Presentation: Attendance to a 90 – 120-minute vacation ownership presentation is required. Some exceptions may apply based on location, product and provider. For more details please discuss with your reservation’s agent at the time of your booking.
Resort Fees / Taxes / Parking / Holidays and Peak Seasons
Most resorts will charge a resort fee, taxes and/or occasionally parking if applicable, at the time of check in. These fees will vary by location and provider but will generally be between $5 and $29 a night. And will cover local governmental taxes, resort amenities, etc. Holiday and Peak Seasons may cause additional surcharges and service fees based on location and provider. Also, a developer, inventory allocation or service fee may be due at the time of booking depending on the location, product and provider. Fees can be between $19 and $199 per person. Cancellation / Re-Scheduling Policy: if a confirmed reservation to travel is cancelled, a fee will be imposed as follows and debited from funds paid and held for travel: any balance of funds paid is non-refundable and will be held as a non-refundable deposit towards any future travel request.
Cancellation made on any confirmed reservation of up to forty-five (45) days prior to arrival= $25 per person.
Cancellation made forty-five (45) to thirty (30) days prior to arrival = $50 per person
Cancellation made twenty-nine (29) to seven (7) days prior to arrival = $100 per person
Cancellation made seven (7) days or less prior to arrival = forfeiture of all funds paid
If you do not arrive on you confirmed date, forfeiture of all funds paid
Additional cancellation penalties may apply for certain upgrades.
Atlantic Travel pays for all hotel accommodation and cruise ship expenses included in package in advance and must forfeit deposits in the event of a cancellation as listed above.

By purchasing you hereby waive your right to dispute your purchase, or file and/or initiate a chargeback with your bank/creditor. By purchasing you hereby authorize ATA Travel and its marketing partners, agents and/or affiliates to contact you by mail, email and/or telephone concerning your request. ATA Travel reserves the right to process, if necessary, any and all refunds to clients via corporate check which will be mailed by priority mail services within 30 days of refund request by the accounting department of ATA Travel.
